Does Involok hold my money?
Never. All payments flow directly to your connected Stripe account via Stripe Connect.
What are Stripe processing fees?
Stripe charges ~2.9% + $0.30 per card transaction, or 0.8% (capped at $5) for ACH. These are separate from Involok's fee.
Can I cancel Pro anytime?
Yes. Cancel anytime and you'll retain Pro access until the end of your billing period.
What happens to my Lokbox if I downgrade?
Your products remain saved but will be hidden from your storefront until you're back on a tier that supports them. Nothing is deleted.
Is there an API on the free plan?
API access is available on Activated and Pro tiers.
